    Booking a physio appointment:

    1. The clinic operates on Tuesdays between the hours of 5.30pm to 9pm

    2. 30 min appointments are strictly for new first time injuries

    3. 15 min appointments are for follow up sessions

    4. Completion of this pre screening assessment form before booking is compulsory

    5. Once your assessment form is submitted, return to this calendar, pick your slot and enter the name of the person being treated.
